Terms for processing information voluntarily submitted through website forms.

By submitting a form on pravo-p.ru and checking the consent box, the user consents to processing the personal data entered into that form for handling the enquiry and arranging legal assistance.
The data may be used to review the enquiry, contact the user, arrange a consultation and, where applicable, prepare for and perform a legal-services agreement.
Processing may include collection, recording, organisation, storage, updating, extraction, use, necessary transfer to technical service providers, blocking and deletion, by automated or non-automated means.
The consent remains effective until the stated purposes are achieved or until it is withdrawn, unless another legal basis permits or requires continued processing. A withdrawal request may be sent to info@pravo-p.ru.
